What we're looking for
We accept novels, essays, poetry, and short stories in French, English, and Haitian Creole. At Shell Editions, we select and support works that go beyond entertainment to provoke thought and inspire action.

Crafting the perfect submission
We look for manuscripts with a clear, compelling voice. The writing should balance literary quality with accessibility — rich enough to provoke thought, but engaging enough to capture readers beyond the academic sphere.

How to submit
Please send your manuscripts to shelleditions@gmail.com. On the first page of your document, include a short biography, a summary (pitch) of your work, and your contact information (phone number and email address). Our editorial committee will respond within two to eight weeks. After this period, you may consider that your manuscript has not been accepted.

Notre comité de lecture vous répondra dans un délai de deux à huit semaines. Passé ce délai, vous pourrez considérer que votre manuscrit n’a pas été retenu.
